My own journey to finding a heart healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one may encounter…like how to get your BP to a safe range and maintain it with or without medications, the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, implementing actions in a more positive direction, behavioral habits modifications, and how to feel aligned body, soul and spirit, with your life & health. This enables me to bring a high level of compassion, empathy, respect, and understanding as your health coach.
